Aris Beach Apartment & Hotel

I asked to cancel my reservation and they refused. The staff were the rudest I’ve met in Vietnam, and the whole experience was awful. The place smelled of sewage and was very dirty. There weren’t even towels in the room, and cleaning wasn’t included. A cockroach came out of the air conditioner. The worst hotel I’ve seen in my life, 0/10. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We paid upfront for three nights and ended up asking several times to cancel or change rooms. They offered no refund, only more charges. The door lock was broken, so we were stuck outside our room in the heat for 30 minutes. It hadn’t been cleaned, and we had to beg for someone to do it. Construction on the upper floors started at 7 a.m.; our room below was shaking and vibrating from the equipment. The elevator kept shutting off, and I got stuck twice before managing to force the doors open. My girlfriend wouldn’t have been able to do that alone. I’d give it zero stars if I could. It’s old and nothing like the photos.

This was the worst hotel in Danang. There was no TV in my room when I checked in. The receptionist said they’d install one, and it finally appeared a day later, but it didn’t work. When I asked again, she said someone else would help, but nobody ever did. I called the number they provided and they hung up on me. I don’t know what else to do. Stay away.

The room smelled of cigarettes, the furniture was old, and there were no kitchen essentials or daily cleaning. The place was filthy, and the staff weren’t kind or understanding about its condition. Only stay here if a dirty, disgusting place doesn’t bother you.
