The swimming pool was huge, and made for a comfortable check-in. Five couples stayed here and thought the space and experience were good for the price. The owner gave us lots of support with our family party. When we come to Hoi An again, our family will look for this poetic homestay again.

We found the price reasonable, especially for a weekend. The owners were very happy to help, and Ba's Garden Villa had a pleasant, breezy location that seems better suited to summer.

The host is outgoing and friendly, and the service was attentive. There’s plenty of space, all the amenities are there, and the swimming pool is large. It seems just right for a holiday gathering with friends or a family reunion.

The room itself was okay, but the air conditioner was blocked by a cabinet and didn't cool anything. There was no bathroom exhaust fan, just a fan, so anyone using the toilet there would be in trouble =))). The two water taps were tiny and useless, as shown in the picture below. We had to fill buckets, which took ages. If you turned the taps too far, the pump would burn out. The team didn't seem to fix anything, but still charged 200k for repairs. The place was near the beach road, but not as close to the beach as the map made it look. At night, the sound of racing cars was a real headache. The homestay owner also wasn't as easygoing as the seeders had claimed. Do your research carefully before booking. I just skimmed things and believed the seeders. I'm never coming back =))
