I'm from australia and halfway through a 1 month stay at babylon! The tan family have been so helpful. I needed dental work, and tan took me there and spoke with the staff. They've happily helped with anything I've asked for. The location is great, between old town and the beach, just a $2 grab ride away. The rooms are spacious and clean. Thanks tan for looking after me, i'll be back. Can't recommend it enough.

We had a good stay, and the host was very friendly. The rooms are pretty basic, though the balcony was nice. Ours adjoined the room next door, so we could hear everything happening over there. It wasn't too noisy at night, though, and we slept well :)

The owners looked after all our needs and arranged bikes and scooters, plus taxis for trips to My Son and the airport. We stayed for 5 days and found the hotel clean and cozy, with a great location. The Old Town is about a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is a 5-minute drive. I'd happily book here again.

The owners are a lovely family who put a lot of effort into making guests feel special. Breakfast was delicious, and they had great suggestions for local food. I'd ask them to help arrange tours, too. The rooms were bright, comfortable, clean, and had AC. Staff were warm and welcoming throughout. Babylon Villa is one of the best places to stay!

We were lucky to get both rooms on the top floor for our family of four. They were clean and spacious, and one had a huge balcony. The hosts were very friendly, and breakfast was delicious. We had a great stay.
