Bear Hotel & Homestay

They even let us wait in the lobby for a long time before our bus, which we really appreciated. The staff were helpful and spoke very good English, arranging a bike, booking taxis, and getting us discounted Ba Na Hills tickets. Our spacious, clean room had a fantastic view, and their cute dog was a bonus. Great homestay, highly recommended.

The two big windows made the room feel airy and brought in lots of daylight, which I appreciated. It was spacious, clean, and well kept, with a comfortable bed and clean sheets. The basic furniture was useful too: a wooden wardrobe, table and chair, mini fridge, wall fan, and TV. I stayed in the room shown in the photos and had a pleasant experience. There are a few things that could be better. The décor looks a little dated and the colors don’t quite go together, the table is small if you have lots of things, and the windows could be cleaned more often for a clearer view. I could also hear more noise than I’d like because the soundproofing could be improved. For a budget-friendly price, it’s still good value, comfortable, clean, and spacious, with the essentials and good natural light. Some updating would make it even better.

The staff were really friendly, and the place was clean and spacious. They also have a lovely seven-month-old dog who’s very playful. Thanks for being so hospitable.

The staff were always kind and ready to help. They even let me leave my luggage there after I’d checked out. Highly recommend.
