Bellerive Hoi An Resort and Spa.

The pool scenery was fantastic, and both the room and the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the food, and there were several complimentary services and activities on offer. At check-in, the receptionist and bellboy were especially helpful, though I didn’t get their names. David, Jimmy, and Henry assisted me at checkout, and the staff were accommodating throughout. There’s also a very cute, playful dog at the concierge desk. Thanks for a lovely five-day stay.

The location worked well for getting to the beach and Hoi An old town, so we could enjoy both. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the spa services were good and well priced. We also really liked the pool and the gym, which was much better than most hotel gyms. My partner and I had an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful and feels very new, with great amenities.

The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day, and breakfast was fresh with an amazing buffet. Lunch and dinner were tasty too, freshly made to your taste. Everyone on staff was so caring and ready to help with anything. And we loved the two little puppies! 🐶🐶

Nhi at the front desk and Luan, the Bar & Restaurant Manager, made our 16 nights at Bellerive, Hoi An feel magical. Nhi was always ready to help, pointed us toward good local services, and made sure we weren’t scammed. For my mother-in-law’s birthday, she decorated the room in Vietnamese style, which amazed both of us. Those thoughtful touches meant so much. Luan came through when my father-in-law had left his hearing-aid batteries back in Sydney. We were struggling to find replacements in Hoi An, but he kept looking until he found some and arranged a hire car to bring them to us. Such a lovely person. Every staff member was amazing. Please give the resident puppies some belly rubs from us. We’ll be back, and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Cheers, Wendy and Daniel.
