Good for a larger group, with the clean feel you’d want from a house. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the beautiful beach is an 8-10 minute walk away.

We booked this for a big family trip. I think we found it on Agoda under the name "Phuoc My's House(?)". The house was very clean and cool, though not too cold. The first floor stayed especially cool, but floors two and three were hot even at night. Each room has a small wall air conditioner. It worked fine in the smaller room, but wasn’t enough for the two larger ones. Downstairs, a standing air conditioner and two portable units kept things very cool. Having a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle was convenient. There were lots of local restaurants nearby, and A-Mart convenience store was reasonably priced and only a minute away on foot.
