The room was fantastic, especially the view from the balcony, and I loved staying here. The hosts were incredible. You're close to the touristy bustle, night market, shops, and plenty of great food, but the part of town itself is quiet. I'd highly recommend it for a visit to Hoi An.

We had the top-floor room with a balcony and such lovely views. The room was really cute, and the hostess was welcoming and helpful, always there when we needed her. She booked some tickets for us at a cheaper price. If we come back to Hoi An, I'll definitely book with bill ben homestay again.

I only got to spend one of my five nights in Hoi an at this homestay, which was a shame. It's tucked into greenery, cool and private, and clean and modern while still having character. You're near the action, but the place stays quiet. It feels like somewhere you'd be proud to be part of its history. I had to rush off to catch my flight back to Hi chi minh city, but next time I'll stay here for my whole visit. It has everything you want from a home away from home and nothing to envy from the bigger resorts nearby.

Everything is within walking distance, and the room was great, clean, and close to the ancient town. The owner and staff were lovely, friendly, and provided excellent service. Highly recommended!

It's a great base for seeing Hoi An, right in the middle of things but on a quiet street with less tourist traffic than most. I fell ill while I was there, and the hosts were really helpful, making sure I had what I needed. I couldn't recommend the place more.
