After checkout, we realized we’d left an AirPod behind. The staff found it and got it back to us before we left, which we really appreciated. Everyone was kind and helpful, including those who spoke only limited English. The hotel has a lot of charm, with an authentic, thoughtful look, and our spacious room was very clean down to the small details. The pool was clean and refreshing. It’s easy to walk to the old town, while being far enough away to avoid the noise. Breakfast was decent, though more halal choices would be welcome. We had a pleasant, comfortable stay and would recommend it.

Peter was especially kind and took time to walk us through the town, suggest places to visit and when to go, and share good food recommendations. The buffet breakfast had lots of tasty options. Our room was spotless, among the cleanest I’ve stayed in, and service was outstanding from beginning to end. This villa exceeded my expectations, and I’ll choose it again next time. Highly recommended.

You can see the city is still recovering from the recent floods, and the staff have worked hard to put things back together while continuing to welcome guests. Their care and attention to detail made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Thanks to the Cozy Original family for such a wonderful stay. I’d highly recommend Cozy to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Breakfast had a tasty mix of local and Western food, and the peaceful location was still convenient, just a short walk or bike ride from the Ancient Town. The staff were always smiling, kind, and full of useful local tips. Our room was spacious, clean, and decorated with traditional touches. Cozy Hoi An Boutique Villas felt charming and welcoming, and it was a comfortable, relaxing stay. I’d recommend it to couples or anyone looking for a bit of Hoi An charm.

Daisy sat down with us to help us get oriented in Hoi An and shared excellent recommendations. The hotel is well placed for walking into the centre, and the staff were attentive and helpful. Our room was gorgeous and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a bath. The pool was as advertised, and the free breakfast had plenty of choices. We had a really lovely stay at Cozy original hotel and would recommend it.
