We had a brilliant four-night stay at Dong Duong Hotel & Suites in Da Nang. The hotel was clean and comfortable throughout, and everything seemed well cared for. The staff made us feel welcome from the start. They helped carry our bags from the car up to our rooms, and were attentive whenever we came and went, opening doors for us. Everyone was friendly, professional, and ready to help with whatever we needed. I’d definitely recommend Dong Duong Hotel & Suites to anyone visiting Da Nang.

Nana and Eddie were on reception when I arrived at Dong Duong Hotel, and their warm, attentive service made me feel valued straight away. They were professional and did more than expected to make the visit smooth and comfortable. The breakfast and lobby were amazing, too. I highly recommend the hotel, especially for the hospitality from the front desk team.

For my last night in Da Nang I stayed at a much better hotel, and the comfy, luxurious room cost under RM130. Really good value. I loved the antique design, with lots of photo spots in the lobby and dining area, and the breakfast buffet was great. The staff were friendly, professional, and fluent in English. It’s one of my top three hotels in Da Nang for the future.

The hotel’s location and its many antiques were the bright spots. I checked in for a group tour on 16 Nov and 21 Nov, for two days. The room wasn’t in ideal condition, and the bed squeaked with even a small movement. Housekeeping and maintenance need to improve.

The location is great, and the dining room has lots of antiques to look at over breakfast, though the space is a bit small and there aren’t many tables. We had two single beds for two people and no connecting room. The bed creaked whenever I changed sleeping position. Still, I strongly recommend it.
