The location was convenient, with plenty of shops nearby and everything walkable. The staff replied quickly when we brought up problems, but hygiene and service still need a lot of work. Our room floor was sticky and dirty when we arrived. We asked for it to be mopped the next day, but it still wasn’t properly clean, and there was quite a bit of hair on the floor and in the bathroom. The lobby also smelled unpleasant. We were charged for water from the mini fridge. I thought it was complimentary because the bottle looked almost the same as the free ones, just a little different in size. That should have been explained more clearly. Complimentary water also isn’t provided daily unless you ask for it.

The kitchen issue caught me off guard. I booked through Agoda partly because I wanted a working kitchen, and used it for two days before the hotel crew said my booking didn’t include kitchen use. Since I had extended my stay, they let me use it free, but I thought they should have told me earlier. There was no mention of this in my Agoda reservation, so check with them first if you plan to cook. Aside from that, everything worked well: the air conditioning, washing machine, and hot shower. The spacious room had a comfortable bed, dining area, two TVs, and a good view. The window was extended, but there wasn’t an open balcony. We could take the elevator to the eighth floor, then use the stairs to reach our room on the ninth. The lobby was spacious, and I got a good price for the facilities. The location was handy for cash, with a VP bank ATM nearby. There was another ATM right outside the lobby, though its rate was lower. I had no other issues and would recommend staying here.

The staff were amazing, and we loved the place. It’s new and well placed for getting to coffeeshops, speakeasy bars, and everything else nearby. We had a great 10-day stay and will definitely come back when we’re in Da Nang. Highly recommended.

I was impressed by how kind and friendly all the staff were. The room was comfortable and clean, and they made the bed each day during our three-night stay.
