The manager upgraded our room, which was beautiful, and the receptionist and manager were both friendly and explained the resort in detail. From the moment we arrived, the property felt lovely and clean, with a great atmosphere. Guests can use the pool, restaurant, and bicycles too. A 10/10 stay, highly recommend!

The hotel was beautiful, quiet, and very clean, with spacious, well-designed rooms and extremely comfortable beds. We had a memorable stay as a family and were very pleased with it. Everyone, from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant team, was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. The pool was lovely, and the open green surroundings made it easy to relax. Breakfast was delicious, with a good range of options, and the dining area was comfortable. It's also conveniently close to Hoi An Ancient Town. We'd definitely return and highly recommend it.

A clean, comfortable hotel about a 10-minute walk from the main market, with free bicycles as well. The staff were warm and welcoming, especially Dieu and Kieu, and always ready to help. Keep up the good work!

What stood out most at ÊMM Hotel Hoi An was the team. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and greeted us with warm smiles and genuine care. Their service went beyond what I expected. The room was bright, spacious, and beautifully designed, so it felt comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is right in the center, close to shops, cafes, and the old town, making it easy to get around and shop. I had a wonderful stay, and the service exceeded anything I could have hoped for. I'd highly recommend ÊMM Hotel Hoi An and would stay there again.

I stayed for two nights and found the room clean, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, the location was handy, and the attractions were an easy walk away, or a quick Grab ride when it was too hot. The pool and bar area were nice too, and the staff were kind and friendly.
