Everland Hotel

Tommy’s help with my leftovers really stood out. There was no microwave in the room, and Zoe at reception first explained that the hotel didn’t have one. A little later, Tommy took my food to the restaurant, heated it, plated it nicely, and brought it back to my room. That was outstanding service. The room was spacious for the price, with a large window that let in plenty of daylight. I also liked the free second-floor sauna and spa and the complimentary foot bath. The sauna is small but gets very hot, around 80°C. The rooftop infinity pool has great views too. Staff deserve credit for their service. There were some drawbacks: the lighting wasn’t good at night, and a strange film on the window made the view blurry. The room phone didn’t work, so I had to go downstairs to contact reception. I wasn’t expecting the $500,000 cash deposit. The gym is very limited, so don’t choose the hotel just to work out. The shower pressure was low, the restaurant felt uncomfortably hot in the mornings, and breakfast didn’t have much variety, though I liked the omelet station. It was a comfortable stay with good space and sauna facilities, but a few things could be better.

I was traveling alone for three days and two nights last week, and the kind staff made it a very happy trip. My room didn’t face the ocean, but I’d choose this hotel again if I return. Everyone was lovely, and Emmy was especially sweet. On my last day she asked where I was going after checkout and offered to call a driver if I needed one. I really appreciated that. There are lots of steps at the entrance, but staff were always ready to help with my luggage. When I checked out, they also asked how my stay had been, and I could tell they genuinely care about guests. One thing to improve: please tell guests about the fire drill during check-in. On the second day, there was only a paper left on the desk in the room. Guests who head out early for sightseeing might not see it. I hope the schedule can be shared with guests in advance.

The neighborhood was peaceful, and it took about 12 minutes to walk to the beach. My room was on the sunny side, which made the stay even nicer. I was surprised by the water pressure too. For the first time in Vietnam, I could actually fill a bathtub, and the hot water didn’t run out. Everyone on staff was polite and ready to help, especially Lenka, who was wonderful. Breakfast was my only problem. There were no vegan options, just bread, and the choices leaned heavily toward meat. We stayed at everland for three days, and the rooms were good. Room service was great too, with sheets changed and bottles refilled every day. The service staff were really helpful and enthusiastic.
