We had a terrible customer service experience at Holiday Inn Da Nang. We asked to upgrade our room and add an extra bed because there were three of us. The receptionist handling the request, Nguyen hai dang, was extremely rude and unhelpful. We waited nearly an hour at reception late at night, but he refused to provide an extra bed and spoke to us in an unacceptable way. It was shocking and disappointing to be treated like that at a reputed hotel. This behavior is unacceptable, and we won’t recommend the hotel to anyone.

There were a lot of ants in the room, including on the bed and in the bathroom, and the bathroom kept smelling of urine after a shower. The bars next door were also very noisy. The room was acceptable but looked old, and these problems made my stay unsatisfactory.
