The location is great for the beach, and the staff were helpful and nice. Our room had quite a lot of ants, but after we told the staff, they gave it an extra clean and that fixed the problem. The room was okay for the price, with nice hot water in both the shower and sink. We didn’t try breakfast, so can’t comment on it.

The service was terrible when we arrived. We’d been told we could check in at any time, but after our flight was delayed and we got there in the early hours, nobody was at reception to let us in.

The bed was pretty comfortable and the linens were clean. Our room didn’t really have a window, or rather, its window looked out onto the hallway by the emergency exit. Breakfast was a little odd, with the cook bringing us so many dishes, as if fried eggs, fruit, and yogurt weren’t already enough.

I stayed for quite a while and found it a good budget option. The beach is walkable, and there’s plenty of good food nearby. The rooms are basic and the staff speak very little English, but they’re friendly and respect guests’ privacy.

For $12 US, the double room was incredible value. It was basic, mostly clean, and had a comfortable bed. The beach and lots of restaurants are close by, and the staff were friendly.
