Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An

Jessi made a real difference during our stay. She was warm and professional, and from the moment we arrived she made sure we felt welcome and looked after. She helped with check-in, patiently answered our questions, and checked that we had what we needed. We’re grateful for her care throughout the visit. Everything from check-in to checkout felt smooth and welcoming, and we had a lovely stay. We’d definitely come back!

We were so happy with our choice. The room was roomy, clean, and luxurious, and the cocktails and coffee were great. The buffet was good too, with loads of options, mostly Asian dishes, and a great egg station. All the staff were cheerful, friendly, and keen to help. Thanks to Ella for looking after us 👍🏽

The location made it easy to get to both the beach and the old city, and there’s a free shuttle to each. Koi, the driver, is a fun guy. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel, with an incredible range of local, Asian, and Western food. The spa is worth trying too, especially the massages. But the staff were the real highlight. They made us feel so welcome, and Kathy helped us arrange day trips during the busy Tet period. Ame was incredibly kind and warm as well. They made our time in Hoi An feel special, and I’d book Grand Sunrise Palace again if I return. The hotel is recent, very clean, and nicely styled. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed for six nights in January as a couple and had a wonderful time. Breakfast was a highlight. We got to know Chef Trong, who made us special pho each morning and even prepared yogurt with fresh fruit. It was such a thoughtful touch. Kathy also went out of her way to help us, always with a warm smile. The hotel is very close to the Old Town, so exploring Hoi An was easy, while the setting itself stayed peaceful. The staff were consistently welcoming and helpful. We’ll definitely return next January.
