The owner was super nice and didn't make a fuss when I got yellow oil on her blankets. She cleaned the covers and didn't charge us extra. I only spoke with her in Vietnamese, so I can't say how good her English is. With her help, we rented a motorcycle and booked a day at Ba Na hills. There's a bun bo hue restaurant across the street with the best broth ever! The room was spacious, clean, and cheap, with a fan as well as good air conditioning. We do our own laundry, so the fan helped our clothes dry faster. The beds were comfortable, the blankets fluffy, and the pillows just right. We were meant to get a room with one queen bed and a balcony, but got one with two queen beds for the same price. It's not downtown Da Nang, but with a motorcycle you can visit pretty much whatever you want. I totally recommend this place.

The room was quiet, the staff pleasant, and the internet slowed down a little in the evening. It's a bit out of town, though still walkable. Take care with the shower's hot water, it's extremely hot.
