Hampton Danang Luxury Apartment

Linh, the building manager, was professional, quick to respond, and always available to keep things running smoothly. The cleaning service was flexible too, with the cleaners coming whenever I requested, which fit my schedule well. I spent three wonderful months in this modern, clean apartment, which had everything I needed for a longer stay. The building was well maintained and had a great atmosphere. Highly recommended for a hassle-free stay!

The beach is very close, and I had a pretty comfortable five-night stay here at the end of my time in Danang. The rooms were clean, everything seemed brand new, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They answered my questions and requests quickly. The place is a bit outside the centre, so I think you need a scooter. There was also quite a lot of noise from outside. A neighbor across from the building had a dog that barked often in the late evenings and early mornings during my stay. Moving to a higher floor didn’t fix the noise.

The main drawbacks for me were a trash-filled, dirty plot of land across from the building and being a bit farther from the better-known tourist beach area. The beach is still close, though, and I liked being away from traffic on the main roads. It costs almost twice as much as other basic hotels in Da nang, but I thought it was worth paying for what you get. The rooms are beautiful, super clean, and new, with great amenities and a good bed. I really appreciated the locked front door for safety, the washer in the unit, fast WiFi, and hot water that lasted longer than two minutes. There are two rooftop porches with city views on the top floor, though the hallway there was a bit messy and seemed to be used for storage. A small grocery store a block away made it easy to pick up basics and snacks. I’ve visited da nang often, and this place gave me the best of everything.

The apartments are small but comfortable, in what feels like a brand new building. It’s clean, has the basic things you need, and is in a peaceful spot within walking distance of the beach. One thing to know: hot water only lasts about five minutes before turning cold. For a couple, there’s enough hot water for just one person, which is really inconvenient.
