The microwave was a big help for heating ready-to-eat halal food packs. There’s also a halal restaurant about a three-minute walk away if you want to try local dishes, and a convenience store right outside. Every landmark is within a ten-minute walk, and if you’d rather not walk, Grab rides are still cheap because everything is nearby. Check the map. For Muslim travelers looking for halal options in Da Nang, this apartment, Ms Linh, is the best halal staycation I could find. I hope more halal-conscious travelers discover it. Forget the fancy five-star hotels!

We stayed for two days and found it peaceful and nice. The Dragon Bridge is very close, about an 8-10 minute walk, and laundry service is available here too.

Han and Lyn made our first trip to Vietnam memorable, and we’d happily return to their place in Danang. They’re among the friendliest hosts we’ve met, and their son welcomed us warmly too. Lyn even arranged an early check-in at short notice, and Han and Lyn’s recommendations for places to visit all worked out well. They suggested a reliable person for scooter rental and helped arrange a return taxi to Hoi An for much less than the booking apps charged. The house is in a quiet area near the Han River, away from busy traffic but close to restaurants, shops, and the things you need. Our room matched the Airbnb photos and had all the essentials. The owner is lovely, and we found the studio comfortable and relaxing. It had everything we needed and more. The towels and sheets were always clean and smelled good. Road noise might bother some people, but we didn’t have to deal with the usual slamming doors and shouting. We recommend it.
