I wouldn't stay here again, even for free. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were wonderfully friendly and tried to help, but they couldn't resolve my issues. Two dogs, one at the cafe and one at the tyre shop, barked constantly all day. I complained, and reception said they'd speak to the owners, then refused both times I asked to move to the other side of the building so I could concentrate on work. After the second day, I emailed management a detailed complaint and asked them to contact me. I've never heard back. The barking eased around day 3, possibly because the dogs were removed during construction work on the tyre shop's signage. This was the first day after Tet. The online facility claims also weren't accurate. There's no usable roof terrace, bar, or BBQ facilities. There is a pool and gym, but at another hotel across town. There isn't a breakfast buffet, just a choice of 4 things from a local Pho shop. I ordered beef noodle pho once, and it arrived stone cold. That was my last breakfast. This is a 2-star facility at best.

I spent three nights here and had an amazing stay. The staff were friendly and professional, always greeting me with a smile, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable for video calls and streaming. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with a soft bed and mattress and a spotless bathroom. The location made exploring easy: Dragon Bridge, Han Market, and the beach are nearby, along with lots of local restaurants and coffee shops. Definitely one of the best khach san da nang I've stayed in!

It's clean and simple, with services and a great location. Other than the laundry problem, it was nice. They turned my white clothes pink, then expected me to pay full price even after I showed them the damage. I didn't want to make a big fuss since it didn't seem worth it, but I was disappointed. They ruined my clothes, and charging full price for a job done that badly isn't good customer service. I wouldn't give them anything I care about to wash.

The staff were friendly and ready to help, and they pointed me toward some great local food spots. I stayed at this beachside hotel in Da Nang last week, and the room was bright and clean with a great ocean view. My Khe Beach is just a 3-minute walk away. It was a really pleasant stay and a good choice if you want to relax near the beach.

Room 506 was home for more than 2 months for me and my gf, and it was great value for money. Hanami is right in the middle of the touristic neighborhood, within walking distance of the beach, stores, market, bars, (vegan/chay) restaurants, gym, wellness, and massage. I'd personally recommend a (small) motorbike to see more of the city, unless you don't mind using Grab for every ride. The reception people and cleaning team deserve BIG love. Everyone was friendly and really tried to make us feel at home. We also liked the amaaazing mattress, strong wifi, Netflix-friendly TV, spacious room, bath, easy bike parking in front of the hotel, fast elevator, green view, and plenty of storage. Whenever we needed something, like 2 extra pillows, it was no problem. Thank you for hosting us! ❤️
