The rooms were clean, the food service was good, and the location was great. But what I’ll remember most is how the staff looked after us. My partner and I both got terrible food poisoning and spent half the night in the bathroom in our room. We must have been loud, and I’m really sorry to the other guests. Two staff members came to our door with ginger tea and herbal medicine, looking genuinely worried about us. The hosts also arranged our train to Dong Hoi and a taxi to the station in Da Nang. I won’t forget the kindness and humanity of the people who live and work here. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, home-like stay in Ha Noi.

The family are kind and helpful, and the homestay is peaceful, with clean rooms and a good shower. Breakfast was nice and cost very little. You can rent a bike for less than $1 a day to get to the beach or old town.

It was so quiet, and we slept wonderfully in the huge bed. The family were kind and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful and very clean. It’s just a fifteen-minute walk down. I can’t believe the price for a place this lovely. We absolutely loved it and would stay again.
