The free breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly. My room and the bathroom were clean, which matters most to me when staying in VN. Housekeeping only came when I asked. The sheets were otherwise clean but had cigarette burn marks, and the two pillows were mostly lumpy, so those could be better. I got the room at a voucher price, and all in all, I think it was a good deal.

For something called VIP, I apparently needed to bring cleaning supplies, lightbulbs, a torch, toilet paper, glasses, cutlery, internet, bug spray, and earplugs. The value was lousy even with the "60% discount". It felt like a hostel or one star stay, when I found a four star hotel for less and moved there. The manager's Benz parked outside was hard to look at. They should be ashamed. Not every tourist has money to burn, and we're not idiots. No wonder tourists don't come back to Vietnam.

We lasted 45 minutes before leaving because the place was that bad. The facilities are run down, and the rooms and linens were dirty, stained, and torn. For the same price, you can find better options, so keep looking and don't settle for this one. The hotel still asked us to pay to have the rooms turned down, even though we'd barely used anything. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed two nights and I enjoyed my time there. The staff were really friendly, the rooms were good, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was nice too.
