Hoang Yen Boutique Hotel

The beach was quiet, clean, and a lovely place for our family to watch the sunrise. Our rooms were spacious, tidy, and comfortable, and the meals were a highlight: fresh seafood prepared with real care, both at the wedding banquet and our à la carte dinners. We were in Núi Thành for a family wedding and stayed a few nights. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and every dish was well done. The staff were kind and attentive, and the owner personally greeted guests and checked that everything was going well. We’re grateful they made our stay and wedding celebration so special.

The hotel itself is new, and the facilities are modern and in good condition. The service during our wedding stay, though, was far below what we expected after booking 10 rooms. Housekeeping left rooms inadequately cleaned and didn’t replace amenities each day. The room phone also didn’t work, so reaching the front desk for help was difficult. During heavy rain, security staff who didn’t know the property well sent our guests to the wrong building. The most frustrating part was reception: billing was handled in a disorganized, unprofessional way, and the team seemed unprepared for group bookings and guest questions.

The breakfast could use work. There weren’t many choices, the food wasn’t especially tasty, and the same dishes kept appearing, so a stay longer than 2-3 days might get repetitive. Still, I really liked this place. The room was super big and clean, and being right on the beach meant falling asleep to the waves. The swimming beach is lovely too, shallow and flat with just sand and no rocks. The pool is pretty wide, and the water was warm rather than too cold. I think this hotel deserves at least a 4.9 rating, so I don’t understand why Google has it at only 4.5. You won’t regret staying here!

The quiet beach was a real treat. The sea and sand were clean, and one afternoon we sat in the shaded beach seating with the whole place to ourselves. Local people swim in the mornings and evenings, and it was lovely meeting a few of them. There are restaurants a short walk away, with very fresh seafood at affordable prices. I’ve stayed at 30 hotels over the last two years, and this one was beautiful. The modern room was spotless, smelled fresh, and had clean air conditioning and a lovely beach view. Everyone we met, from reception and housekeeping to kitchen and security, was friendly, helpful, and kind. We even met the manager. I was happy to hear they’re all local to the area. Breakfast had everything we needed, with a spacious dining room and lots of tables. I’d give the hotel 10 out of 10 and wish the owners and staff all the best. xxx
