We were treated like family by the wonderful hosts. The place was clean, really comfortable, and had everything we needed. It's an easy walk into the centre of hoi an, and the owners suggested places to eat and visit and arranged convenient transport to hue.

We'd happily return. The owner was lovely and gave us some great ideas for things to do, and we could borrow bicycles for free. The old town was an easy walk away, with plenty of nice shops around. Our room and bathroom were spotless and modern, and the Aircon worked great.

A kind host really went out of her way for me, and the rooms were spotless. The location was handy, with cool shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. You're close to the lively, touristy stretch by the river without staying in the middle of all that chaos, and it's still within walking distance. Great place to stay.

We only stayed one night. The lady was lovely and offered to arrange tours or help with transport, but our room had mould on the wall and felt extremely damp. She offered us another room the next day, though we'd already decided to leave.
