After a month traveling around Da Nang and Hoi An, with stays in two homestays and three hotels, Hoi An Rose Hotel was by far the best for me and my travel partner. The staff were kind and friendly, and I truly felt cared for, whether they were changing rooms or checking how I was doing. The buffet had lots of options and fruit, which mattered to me. The rooms were quiet, very clean, and well soundproofed, and some even have a bath. There were no mold issues, though the higher floors may feel a little musty if you're sensitive, as I am. My mom wasn't bothered by it. When I asked to change rooms, they handled it kindly and agreed. Please be kind to the cleaning workers and security guards too, they work hard to make this a five-star experience. I honestly have nothing negative to say. I don't know what difference there is between this supposedly three-star hotel and the four-star one we also stayed at. Many thanks and love to all the staff, especially Phuong, Ha, Queen, and Tiyuu (sorry if I mispronounced haha). I'd definitely come back if I need a good hotel in Hoi An.

The laundry was fantastic, really quick, and the hotel itself was clean and pretty good. But it was so noisy in the mornings. Staff started cleaning rooms at 7:30 and talked loudly along the hall, so I couldn't get back to sleep. I stayed three nights and never slept past 8. Not much of a vacation.

The balcony door lock didn't work, and there wasn't a holder for the soap, so it had to sit on the sink. Apart from those little room issues, the deluxe room was nicely done, with a bathtub and balcony. The leafy neighborhood was pleasant and fairly quiet, and breakfast from 6:30 had a good range for both vegetarians and meat eaters.

Ha, Phuong, Dieu, Quyen, and Huong made my stay at Rose Garden Hotel so memorable. Everyone was kind and knew their stuff. I'm already looking forward to staying there again when I come back.

The shampoo in the room smelled really bad, though maybe that's just my opinion. Everything else was lovely, from the great breakfast and amazing staff to the quiet neighborhood. It's close enough to everything in Hoi An's old town, and they rent motorbikes too. I'd definitely come back next time.
