Hoi an Travel Lodge Hotel

We had breakfast outside each morning, and it was good. The staff were warm and exceptionally helpful. We also used the laundry service, and they managed to wash my shoes too. They look new now! There are bikes to use, though the Ancient Town is close enough to walk to easily. The pool is in a slightly odd spot beside the restaurant, so we didn’t swim. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it.

Hannah and Lien at the front desk were pleasant, knew their stuff, and spoke excellent English. Staff across the hotel were friendly, safe, and trustworthy. Amy is a very experienced chef and the breakfast buffet was great. There’s a good choice of very clean rooms, with walk-in showers and some baths, and it’s easy to walk to the Old City and markets. Excellent value for a 3.5-star hotel. My wife and I are seasoned travellers, and we’d recommend it 100%. Brian.

The team were so friendly and attentive. They helped us find restaurants and sort out airport and trip shuttles. Our room was clean and comfortable. It’s just steps from the old center, and having bikes made getting around even easier. The location also works well for going to the beach. A good base for exploring this little town!

The service deserves five stars. The staff were cheerful and helpful, and the hotel is beautifully styled. My room had a wooden floor and a bathroom with optional see-through glass. Breakfast was very good, with quality pastries, and there’s even a small indoor pool. It’s very good value for a 3-star hotel. I’d have given it five stars overall if it had a lift.
