The location made getting around easy. Everything was walkable except the coconut boat, which I took a ride to reach. The Old Town and Night Market are very close. Staff were warm and amazing, and the room was clean and nice. I could hear my noisy neighbors clearly because the soundproofing wasn't great. I guess it depends on who's next door, and quiet neighbors probably wouldn't be an issue. Still a very good stay.

I enjoyed staying here and would recommend it, though bring bug spray. Mosquitoes got into our room and bit my legs quite a bit. The shower was tricky to get hot, and my husband only figured it out on our last morning. The rooms themselves were really nice, the staff super kind, and bicycles were available to borrow. It's right among lots of good things to do. Breakfast was free for guests and had a good variety.

We left our luggage there the next day and that went fine. Breakfast was really good, especially the pastries and dim sum, and the man serving was so friendly. The security guard was helpful and welcoming too. It's a great location, right in the middle of things, but the room stayed quiet despite the market. The generator outside my window did make noise all night, though earplugs can help. I'd recommend it and stay again.

The security guard was one of the kindest people we met on the trip, always helpful and friendly, and he made us feel welcome each day. We also borrowed the hotel's bicycles, and the receptionist kindly pointed out the best route. Our room at Hoianan Boutique Hotel was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the whole stay was great. I truly recommend it.

Thuy & Neum at the front desk, if I have their names right, were always willing to help with a smile. They made us feel at home and welcomed, and even arranged an early check-in when we asked, which we really appreciated. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and its location made it easy to get to the sights and night market. It exceeded my expectations.
