We had a wonderful few nights here in early October during the mid-autumn and full moon festival. Ms Tram and Leon were welcoming, kind, and full of useful information about getting around and what to see. Ms Tram's sister is a tailor in the centre of town, which helped us choose from the many options, including Canali. Staying outside the busy centre was great. The beach was just a few minutes away on foot, and we rented scooters from Ms Tram to go into Hoi An, through the rice fields, and around smaller neighbourhoods. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh sheets and towels, and we got laundry done too. Ms Tram also helped plan our onward trip to HCMC. Such a lovely home and family, highly recommend.

This was the best homestay we've had so far on our trip through Vietnam. The rooms were very nice and clean, and there were eight different breakfasts to choose from. Everyone was so friendly and more helpful than we could have expected. I can only highly recommend it 👍🏼

Ms Tram and her family made us feel so welcome, and she helped with local suggestions and transfer bookings. The breakfast was amazing and great value, and you can borrow bicycles to ride out to the stunning rice fields. The room was really comfortable, in a quiet spot close to the beach and local cafes and restaurants. Would recommend this lovely homestay to everyone!

We stayed for over two months, and Tram always made sure our family was comfortable and had what we needed. She prepared lovely breakfasts each morning and happily catered for our dietary needs. Having bicycles available for free was a big plus for us. Thanks to Tram and her family for a memorable stay. We really appreciate their kindness.

Ms Tram and her family were the best part of the stay. They were welcoming, and Ms Tram gave us lots of help with ideas, bookings, and recommendations. I didn't take up every suggestion, but the help I did get was top notch. The homestay offers a good mix of value, convenience, comfort, and hospitality. The location was well balanced, near everything but still private and in a local area. The room was smaller than I expected, and I would've preferred a cupboard or wardrobe to the open shelf. Apart from that, it had everything I needed, and was clean and quiet. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
