House Land Hotel Da Nang

The staff were really sweet and cute ☺️. We ended up trying several room styles, and our favorite was actually the city view, with the neon lights from nearby hotels. The beach view was just okay, nothing special, so we preferred the lights 🌈. We accidentally booked a room with no window, so watch out for that. With no ventilation, it smelled like pee, but that was on me for booking the windowless room.

The location is excellent, so I’d recommend it if that’s your main priority. The room quality let me down. Without a window, I felt really suffocated, and the bathroom was badly designed, with shower water leaking into the bedroom. I’d only book here if location matters more to you than the room.

The only good part of this hotel was the bellman, who was friendly and genuinely helpful. For the rest, I’d only stay here if I had no other choice. It felt closer to a 1-star standard, and I don’t think the staff were properly trained. The night-shift guy said “no” to almost every request. I’d left my face cleanser in the previous room and asked him to check, but he immediately refused without checking anything. That service was unacceptable. We booked three nights, with the first in a Classic King and the next two in a Superior King. The Classic King had no window, so we paid an extra 200,000 VND to upgrade to a Room with Balcony. It was extremely noisy, with construction sounds clearly audible from outside. How are you supposed to sleep? The Superior King room’s window couldn’t be opened at all, and the bathroom was poorly designed, making the space feel quite dirty.

Got a VERY spacious unit for 700k vnd. The centralized AC is 4/5 because it takes a while to cool the room. Bedding was changed every day, and asking for an extra pillow was no problem.
