Stayed twice, four days each time, and would highly recommend it. The rooms are big and clean, with good internet, strong water pressure, and hot water. There are two desks to work at, plus a good TV with Netflix, YouTube, and more. The Dragon Bridge is nearby, along with plenty of good restaurants. It's not too far from the beach, and renting a motorbike is easy. Amazing value for money.

The bed, blankets, and pillows were comfortable, the room itself was okay but clearly dated, and the housekeeping staff were wonderful. The ladies working in the lobby during the day were very nice too. But hot water in the shower lasted less than four minutes before going cold. A broken cabinet latch stuck out and cut my elbow when I hit it. The Wi-Fi was weak and YouTube wouldn't connect properly. Bugs could get in through the bathroom window, which wouldn't close. Even with the room door shut, there was a noticeable gap, and I could hear everything in the hallway. It was loud and hard to sleep.

We booked four nights but stayed only one, and got no money back because we booked through Agoda. They refused a refund too. The photos make the rooms look nicer than they are. It's a clean room with a bed, but little else: concrete bunker-like rooms, ugly lighting, smokers in the hallways, and plenty of noise. Reception didn't speak English very well and wasn't especially helpful or welcoming. Nothing was especially awful, but it wasn't nice either. I also noticed a number of fake positive reviews using the same photoshopped room pictures.

The room was stuffy and smelled of cigarettes around the clock, even at midnight while we were trying to sleep. The receptionists were unfriendly and unhelpful, and there were no porters.
