The owners made us feel welcome and were always ready to help. When we needed a motorbike, they arranged one in minutes at a great price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, especially for such a cheap price. We had the best time there.

The host was so kind and welcoming, and the apartment building is quiet despite being right in the center of the old city. My room was large for what I paid, with a smart TV, refrigerator, fully working air conditioner, two windows, and a really comfortable bed. The shower had good hot water too. Everything was great, and I was so glad to find this place. I'd definitely come back.

We couldn't get to our place in Hoi An because of the flooding in Oct, 2025, so my sister and I ended up here. This was our second night. We called at 9:30pm to ask about a room, and the owners, a couple with a cute little girl, told us to come over right away for our safety. We really appreciated how kind and caring they were. The room is amazing, clean, new, and nice. We asked for the smaller one, and they said it was the smallest they had.

The location is the best, and the stay was even better. Vince and Leo were the absolute best hosts, so welcoming, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. Leo kindly suggested places to eat and things to do in Hoi An every day. The pool was such a bonus in Vietnam's heat. This was the best place we stayed in all of Vietnam, and I'd recommend everyone check out this gem when in Hoi an.

Vince and his family made me feel at home the whole time, and were so welcoming. After three months in Vietnam, this was easily the best place I'd stayed. Highly recommend this hotel!
