Lacasa Old Town Villa

We confirmed everything before arriving, but it took nearly two hours for staff to hand over the rooms we had booked. At first, they even said there were no rooms. After a long, unnecessary discussion, we finally got them. Two days later, we asked reception to extend our stay. We went for breakfast, and when we came back to pay, they again told us there were no rooms available. The staff were unhelpful throughout, didn't listen, and showed no consideration. Their attitude felt disrespectful and insulting. I left frustrated and unsupported, and unfortunately can't recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of different things to choose from, and we enjoyed the fresh air and views while eating beside the communal green area. The location is handy for walking to the old town, though the surroundings are still quiet. Our room was clean and simply but nicely designed, with a comfortable bed and fresh linen. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a perfect stay.

The location made it easy to walk into the middle of Old Town, while the hotel stayed tucked away in a quiet corner. Breakfast was the best we had in all of Vietnam, with sweet and savoury choices for everyone. Our room was cleaned impeccably each day, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities had exactly what we needed. The staff were amazing, always helpful and ready to go above and beyond. I'd book this lovely hotel again without hesitation.

The location was good and there was hot water, but the place could use a thorough cleaning. There were leftover drinks in the fridge and similar things. No elevator.
