We planned two nights and ended up staying five because we liked the city, the beaches, and especially the homestay. The owner was probably the nicest woman we met in Vietnam, and breakfast was tasty. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was AC and a fridge. The floor didn't flood after a shower, either. Laundry came back smelling really good, and bikes were free. The location may not be the best, but the free bikes help make up for it.

We meant to stay for two nights and wound up spending a whole week here. The rooms were roomy and really comfortable, the AC worked, and breakfast was delicious. Mr T and Tao were among the best hosts we've met in South East Asia, always going out of their way to make the stay memorable. It's outside the absolute centre of Hoi An, which means fewer super touristy restaurants nearby, plus good local eating options at local prices. Free bikes make getting around quickly easy. This place is a real hidden gem, and I can't recommend it enough! 👏👏

We felt like part of the family here. The whole family was so friendly and helped with anything we asked for, and the rooms were lovely and always clean. The house and its garden are beautifully designed, with flowers everywhere. Free bicycles make the old town about a three-minute ride away. Breakfast had lots of variety and was pretty good. We loved our stay and would book again, 10/10!!!

Ms. Tao went above and beyond for us, even arranging a taxi for our 3 A.M. flight from da nang and staying up to send us off with a packed breakfast. She was always smiling and quick to help with anything we needed. Breakfast each morning and the free bikes were lovely extras. It's around a 5-6 minute bike ride to the old town and about 15 minutes to the beach. Our room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and had good amenities like AC and toiletries. The only downside was the WiFi: it worked beautifully in the lobby, but didn't reach our first-floor room. This was one of the best places we stayed in Southeast Asia. Can't recommend leaf Homestay enough.

We were glad to find Leaf after two other places cancelled our reservation due to "electrical" problems. The hosts were very hospitable, breakfast was great, and the location was good, within walking distance of town. The beds were super comfortable, and my wife liked the glass partition around the shower. We enjoyed it enough to book another two nights at the end of our time in Hoi An.
