After more than 200 days here, the hotel had started to feel like a second home. What made it special was the warm community, where I met new people and made great friends. The Christmas celebration they organized was especially memorable and brought everyone together so well. The staff were kind, helpful and always made me feel welcome. A big thank you to all of them for everything. I can warmly recommend this place!🥰 Xin cảm ơn Waikiki🙏🏼

The location is close to the beach, which is about the only good thing I can say. The room was cheap but badly worn. I can live with an old room if it’s clean and cared for, but this one wasn’t. Staff didn’t speak English, and the hot water and internet were already a problem on the first night. There was basically no hot water, and although they knew about it, nothing was done. After a night out in 35-degree heat, not being able to shower or use the TV because I needed internet was a lousy part of a vacation. Would I come back? Maybe if there were no other cheap places around, but I’d try hard to find somewhere else.

The massage was genuinely good, and I felt relaxed right up to the end. Then, using Google Translate, the therapist directly asked me for a tip. It made me very uncomfortable and felt inappropriate. Tipping isn’t part of Vietnamese culture, and I’ve never been asked directly for one anywhere in Vietnam. I said my husband had already paid at reception, but she kept insisting I give her US dollars because she had massaged me. We don’t carry US dollars, which I explained politely, and she looked visibly upset. I told the front desk because the situation had become so uncomfortable. They seemed confused about what happened and apologized. The pressure for a tip spoiled what should have been a relaxing experience, so I won’t return.

As a digital nomad looking to stay productive, I found this place did the job. The coworking space, friendly staff and price were all awesome. They also clean your room for free. Such a great spot for my first time in da nang.

The customer service is what I like most here. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and I appreciate that they clean my room every day. It’s also near the beach and easy to reach restaurants. I love this hotel and will stay here again when I come back to Da Nang. See you soon, and thanks for the service.
