Loc Phat Hoi An Homestay - Villa

We stayed for 10 days with my daughter, who was 15 months old, and felt at home the whole time. The family and staff were so warm, kind, and ready to help with anything. Their hospitality made the visit unforgettable. The little inner courtyard is charming and peaceful, full of lovely details. From the moment you walk in, it feels like stepping into another world, a little oasis in Hoi An. We were lucky to be there for the Tet holiday too, which gave our time in Hoi An a special, beautiful atmosphere. A wonderful place with so much heart, and we felt comfortable in every way.

I only booked two nights, then stayed for two weeks. The place has magical energy, and the owner and staff are incredibly sweet, always available, and truly helpful. Their smiling faces each morning made me feel at home. A very warm recommendation! The internet isn't very strong, so it may not suit anyone who needs to work from a laptop. Hot water lasts only for a short shower.

I've come back for a second visit, and I can see why people I met here have been returning for years. Linh and her family have made a calm little sanctuary amid Hoi An's busy streets. The courtyard greets you with greenery and beauty, and you can feel the care that went into the space. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms spotless, with mosquito nets. I ate here several times and loved the food and drinks, especially the breakfast granola. Laundry came back the same day. Rates are very reasonable, and you can hire a bicycle or scooter. A wonderful place to stay in Hoi An.

I was extremely disappointed. I'd booked a week but checked out after one night. The staff were terribly rude and way out of line. The facilities were substandard: the lighting didn't work properly, the shower wasn't working properly, there were stains on the walls, and the WiFi didn't work on the first night. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, and this was probably my worst experience ever. Don't book this hotel.
