Longan Homestay

I stayed for three weeks while getting dental work and sightseeing, and found everything clean. The ensuite bathroom looks nicely remodeled, and the towels, sheets, and bathroom were refreshed about every 3-4 days. My room had AC, and there were trees outside the window, so it was fairly quiet despite being only a few blocks from Hoi An's main shopping streets. It's walkable and felt safe. The hosts were lovely, and their own taxi service was reasonably priced with really good drivers. Mr. Tan also offered me a kettle for hot water. Nearby, the Sacombank ATM worked well with foreign cards and had an English option. I had a wonderful stay, thank you, and definitely recommend it.

The service was really nice and the location was perfect, but the room was very old, with mould on the ceiling and a bed as hard as stone. We woke up in pain, and on our second night we had COCKROACHES!!!!!

The location is right by the old town, and the price is marvellous for the quality. This family-run homestay always had someone around to greet us or help, which we really appreciated. We spent four nights there and would recommend it. After two months of travelling and staying in tons of places, this was the coziest room we'd seen. The colourful painted walls and lovely decor, even the pretty bathroom tiles, made it feel like a home rather than some random room. A couple of small drawbacks: the bath towels are tiny for chubby people 😅, and the shower could use a curtain. Still, 100% recommend.

It's a perfect spot for budget travellers, with a beautiful, very clean room at a cheap price. The host is friendly and supportive, and keeps the place tidy and well organized. Hoi An Ancient Town is a five-minute walk away, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Highly recommend!
