Louis Mo Apartment

This small, cozy serviced apartment hotel worked well for our city exploring, with a great location and good service. In just a few steps we could find spas, restaurants, pubs, convenience stores, and shops. Friendly, attentive staff handled requests quickly. The mid-century modern design runs through the lobby, cafeteria, and rooms, making the place feel comfortable and cozy. It’s not a seaside resort, but if you want to explore Da Nang, this hotel serves that purpose well.

We stayed for over a month and didn’t want to leave. The apartment was fantastic, and we’ll definitely come back. It was newly furnished, bright, clean, and beautiful. We were on the 8th floor and were happy to find a place with AC and everything we needed. Extra kitchen equipment was available or arranged on request, and friendly staff cleaned the apartment every third day. The staff were so welcoming that we felt like family. Their English was sufficient, and we could ask the ladies at reception anything. The location was excellent too: we could walk to the beach, an external gym, coworking space, and everything else. The pool and gym were OK. The outdoor pool could have been cleaned more often, though that’s understandable, and the gym could be improved since it has only three machines, which also makes sense given the limited space.

Getting to the beach and other popular spots on foot was easy, and there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The apartment was roomy, had the basics like a fridge, microwave, and flatscreen, and felt like being at home for a good price. The staff were nice, though they didn’t suggest anything to do in the area. There were ants or some other bugs climbing the kitchen wall; since most staff had left for the evening, I got a can of bug spray. The area is noisy, so it’s not a good fit if you want peace and quiet. The shower water was so hot that touching the stainless steel burned my skin, and water ran across the bathroom floor, making it slippery.

We felt safe walking around, and there was someone on site through the night. The staff were friendly, and the location made a great base, with just about anything we wanted within walking distance. Our spacious room gave us more freedom than a hotel. It suited us perfectly, even if it might not suit everyone. I’d happily stay here again on my next visit.
