It’s an older hotel with rather small rooms, though it’s handy if you’re going to Sunworld since it’s right across the street. When we asked to switch to a room with a window, the conversation with the woman was confusing. We never found out whether one was available. She said we’d already used the first room because we’d gone in and moved the bedspread, and that we’d have to wait until the day to change. The change never happened. Getting a motorbike was another hassle. At 140k for 24 hours, it was the most expensive rental we’d had in Vietnam. When a guy brought the bike over, its side panel fell off, so we declined and used Grab instead. The hotel was also not very close to Dragon Bridge or the other places we wanted to visit.

They were overbooked and tried to put me in a room with fresh, wet oil paint and fumes. The hotel is old, the area feels dirty and seedy, and it can be noisy. Avoid.
