M Hotel Danang

The welcome at M Hotel felt personal from the start. A staff member sat down with us instead of keeping us standing at reception, so check-in was calm and easy. The hotel is stylish and modern, with greenery that gives it a peaceful, grounded feel. The location, food, ambience, professionalism, and attention to detail were all excellent. They also took the time to acknowledge my son's 21st birthday. M Hotel was the first hotel to respond personally to our request, and the only one to offer extra birthday decoration options. We didn't use them since we were staying in several places, but I appreciated the thought. It may have been our favorite hotel of the trip. We'd happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang. It was our first trip to Vietnam, and the warmth and hospitality we encountered throughout the journey made it unforgettable. Every hotel contributed, but M Hotel was one of the highlights. The balance of modern design and natural greenery made for a sophisticated yet relaxing atmosphere.

We only wish we'd booked more nights. The service was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and reassuring. The hotel is right across from the beach, with plenty of beach bars nearby, and there is lots happening around it. The rooms and hotel are modern and very nice, and breakfast was really good. It looks striking from outside and from the balcony. Upstairs, the infinity pool and its bar have a great view.

We spent three nights at M Hotel, and the design was a real highlight. The exterior near My Khe Beach is one of the prettiest around, with a modern minimalist look and lots of greenery. The inside also has a thoughtful mix of minimalism and natural elements. Our room was spacious with a partial sea view. The staff were friendly and professional, though sometimes less attentive, perhaps because the hotel is large and busy. I appreciated that the receptionist who checked in my sister and mother remembered my name and greeted me later, even though I checked in separately under my own reservation. A small but thoughtful gesture. The breakfast selection was broad, though the quality was a little average. The infinity pool is lovely but can get crowded. There were quite a few influencers and content creators around, which changed the atmosphere somewhat. The lifts could also be slow and packed at busy times. I'd stay again for the location, interiors, and spacious rooms. If you want somewhere quiet and peaceful, though, this may not suit you.

We had the two-bedroom apartment, which was clean, very spacious, and comfortable, with a lovely view and interior design. It also came with nice extras, including afternoon tea. The pool is scenic and relaxed, and access seemed limited to hotel guests. I'd visit again. Breakfast had a great range and quality, and they changed up the ingredients too. Staff were responsive at reception, the doormen, and the level 3 restaurant. The doormen were especially thoughtful and attentive. Kevin, the front office manager, made check-in smooth, and Thao helped us at checkout.
