We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. For the price, you get great value and a high-end feel, thanks especially to the staff and the location. It's close to the beach, with lots of food and drink options nearby, and just a block and a half away. Kane, the bellhop, was a standout. He greeted us with a big smile, handled our bags from arrival through departure, and stored them after checkout. The atmosphere felt noticeably different when he wasn't working. The young woman at the front desk was also always smiling, helpful, and pleasant. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, bringing fresh towels and toiletries several times. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bathroom was well designed, though the room itself was small and had no dedicated seating area. From the central location we could hear street traffic and music from nearby lounges, which is to be expected in a lively area. The rooftop bar and pool have great views of the city and coast. The pool is on the small side, and there wasn't always someone there to serve drinks. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because it seemed fairly standard, but with so many cafes nearby, we didn't feel we missed out. If you're after the beach and value great service, this is a fantastic choice.

Beautiful rooms, spotlessly clean, and excellent value for money. Room service was good too. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, including fresh broth and soup each day, fruit, and local specialties. Kane and Brian at reception were outstanding. They were friendly and always smiling, and held the door for us every time. Highly recommended.

We spent three nights at Mercy Emerald Hotel. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, room service was excellent, and breakfast had a great range of food. All the staff were helpful and polite. Brian helped us book BaNa hills tour tickets at a cheaper price. At checkout we accidentally left our laptop and had already gone to the airport before we noticed. We called Brian right away. Even though he wasn't on duty, he responded immediately, contacted reception, and arranged to have it collected. A must-stay hotel in DaNang. Best wishes to Team " Mercy Emerald".

The views from the rooms over the mountains, city, and beach are stunning, and even better from the rooftops. The rooms are lovely and very good value. Kane and Brian deserve a special mention for being available, enthusiastic, professional, and always attentive. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is right by the beach, close to local shops and services in Da Nang. I recommend it.

Great value for money, with clean rooms that are on the small side. The location is perfect, and the staff are amazing. Special mention to the bellboys, especially Brian, who was so sweet and helped me get a ride to my next destination.
