Mulberry Collection Silk Eco

The breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide choice of Eastern and Western dishes, Vietnamese food, appetizers, salads, drinks, and desserts. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely laid out with strong water pressure. Service was warm, attentive, and professional. Mulberry Collection Silk Eco also has a gym, pool, spa, lounge, laundry facilities, and other thoughtful amenities. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Ancient Town, yet the area around the hotel is peaceful. Two problems came up during my stay. The bathroom drain gave off a sewage-like smell, especially when I returned to the room after being away, and at times it was quite unpleasant. Also, the elevator door sensor didn't seem to work properly. Another guest hadn't pressed the open button, and when I entered a little slowly, the doors closed on my hand and caused a minor cut with slight bleeding. The injury wasn't serious, but it raised a safety concern. Mulberry Collection Silk Eco is a beautiful hotel with a great location, facilities, service, rooms, and food. A few maintenance fixes would bring it close to a perfect stay.

Our stay at the hotel was very good, and we enjoyed it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and breakfast in the lounge was delicious with a lovely spread. Our room faced the road, so we sometimes heard honking and traffic, especially when things picked up in the afternoon. It may bother light sleepers or people trying to rest then, though it wasn't a dealbreaker and nights were still comfortable. These were minor issues in an otherwise pleasant stay. We'd recommend Mulberry Ecospace for its welcoming feel, roomy accommodation, and good food, and would consider coming back.

The rooms were clean and nice, and the pool area was a relaxing spot. The hotel is close to Old Town without being right in the middle of it. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. The chef was really nice too. We had dinner there as well, and it was very good. The place is connected to a spa, with discounted services for guests. I'd happily stay again.

Thao, Ken, and Daisy made the stay wonderful with their attentive help. Our Agoda-booked Superior room didn't have the table shown online, and they explained that the photo was actually of a Suite. They quickly sorted it out by moving us to a room that suited us. Breakfast with a view of the pool was lovely. My only suggestion would be to add a full-length mirror for checking outfits.
