The view from the hotel is fantastic, and it's a perfect spot to relax with family or friends. The location is great, the place is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the food is good.

I've been here a few times and love it. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to look after my kids. Couldn't be happier, and I'll be back.

We had a great time as a Canadian/Aussie couple. They upgraded our room and treated us like royalty. The air conditioning gets so cold that you'll sleep well, and the whole place was clean and affordable. The beds were a little firm, but for what we paid, it felt worth double. Great location and a gorgeous swim up bar. Loved this hotel. You'd be a fool to skip it.

We spent six nights here as a family, and from arrival through departure the service was amazing. The check-in staff, bellboys, and hospitality crew were all helpful and friendly. Our room in the premier wing was big, modern, and very quiet, with comfortable beds and cool air conditioning. The free bikes and complimentary bus to Anh Bang beach were a hit, and the pools were great for relaxing. It's also a great location, about a 7-minute walk to old town. The small gym and breakfast buffet were the only letdowns, especially compared with other hotels. I'd still happily stay here again.
