The pool and fitness area were well maintained and enjoyable, and the hotel is conveniently placed near the city center, attractions, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast buffet had a good mix of tasty local and international dishes. Staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help, and both check-in and service during the stay went smoothly. My room was spacious, had a nice view, and came with a comfortable bed and the amenities I needed. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable throughout. Muong Thanh Hotel Tam Ky was good value, and I’d happily stay again or recommend it to anyone visiting Tam Ky.

I'm in Vietnam on a business trip and have been staying at Moung thanh for a long time. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and good. Dung Tran was especially kind and helpful. I’d stay here again on future trips.

We spent two nights here and would come back in a heartbeat. The staff were the best part: whenever we asked for something, they smiled and brought it over. The hotel was spotless and had good facilities, and our big, comfortable room even had a bathtub. There was a good selection at the breakfast buffet too. A couple of small drawbacks were the rather hard bed and patchy Wi-Fi. We stayed Jan 25/26, in case management sees this, your team was great.

Breakfast was a clear improvement since my last visit, with more variety, better taste, and a satisfying meal. The room and hotel surroundings were also very clean, with a subtle, comforting fragrance, and the services were efficient and professional. I especially appreciated the quick ironing service. I was glad to return to Muong Thanh Grand Quang Nam (Tam Ky) for a short business stay. Ms. Nguyen and Ms. Ba at reception were cheerful, warm, and highly professional from the start. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality in Tam Ky City. This is a place I’m always happy to come back to.

This isn't my first stay here. The hotel is good and affordable for Western foreigners, and the staff are generally friendly and well educated. Miss Dung Tran did a good job cleaning my room.
