Helen, our concierge, was attentive and ready to help throughout our stay. We had a good breakfast and a professional spa visit, and there was nothing we wanted to complain about. The peaceful, zen-like setting made the 2-Bedroom Pool Villa a really relaxing place to stay. We could see the team working to improve the guest experience, and we'd gladly return to Naman Retreat.

Alina, our Ambassador, was our main contact and handled every question promptly and professionally. We found it easy to get to Da Nang and Hoi Ann, though we were happy to stay put for the food, daily massages, beach, and choice of pools. The Wellness Centre had yoga, a gym, and massages, and there were three restaurants plus a beachside pool with a bar for afternoon drinks. Our private pool villa was spotless, everything worked, and the resort felt calm and very well cared for. The staff were so thoughtful and did a lot to make the stay memorable. It was a perfect couple's getaway, and we'd recommend Naman Retreat.

The kids club staff kept our one-year-old occupied for an hour, which gave us time to take care of some work. Katie also stayed in touch on WhatsApp during our visit to check if we needed anything, and kindly booked a restaurant outside the resort for us. That made dinner much more enjoyable. Everyone was lovely, and they even prepared a birthday cake for my husband. Our pool villa was comfortable, and the resort itself felt wonderfully peaceful. We'd definitely recommend Naman and can't wait to come back.

The layout was like a maze, which made getting around in the buggy fun. I stayed at Namia Retreat Resort for two of my five days in Da Nang, and it was beautiful. I especially loved the several pools around the property, and the little pool view from the Babylon Room terrace was stunning. I picked the resort mainly for its main pool and breakfast, and both were just right. Vivian was my ambassador, and the resort ambassadors kept in touch through KakaoTalk. She checked on us each morning and quickly sorted shuttle reservations and our other requests. I really appreciated how kind and helpful she was.

Our villa had its own pool, and the property was kept in such good shape. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the whole place was great. Everlyn was my 24/7 concierge. She replied quickly and politely, offered suggestions, arranged a buggy, and even pointed us toward local restaurants in town. Well done. We'll definitely be back soon xx.
