The room was more or less what I expected, but no one told us the swimming pool wasn’t working. The photo shows the situation. We asked about checking in early and were told it was fine. We’d already gone to the room and started unpacking when the receptionist came by to say it actually cost 300000. He’d handed us the key just minutes earlier in the lobby and said nothing about a charge then. It felt like a scam. I was exhausted after the flight and paid because he was standing right at the door. Breakfast was very limited, with hardly anything to choose from, and there were no tea bags or milk. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The staff were welcoming and professional, and getting to the city center was easy. My Khe Beach is also close by, which was the best part of the location.

I slept comfortably each night on the soft bed. My room was airy and full of light, with a lovely view over the city.

The pool was a lovely place to relax after sightseeing, and lunch at the buffet had a nice range of tasty choices. Uyen and Nguyen were especially kind and hospitable, and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel for its warm service and good value.
