The biggest problem was that there was no water, so we waited a long time and eventually left. The door lock worked sometimes and sometimes didn't. There was no AC remote, no night light and no hairdryer. The blankets were dirty, towels left by previous guests hadn't been cleared away, and the Wi-Fi notice had no password filled in. Sigh.
2/10
The staff had an attitude, and nobody told customers about the extra charge after 10 p.m.
2/10
The room was awful. The toilet sat right beside the bed, there was no toilet paper or coat hooks, and the wardrobe felt unstable. The fan was loud, the walls were moldy and stained, and there wasn't any hot water.
10/10
I was really pleased with how clean the room was and how enthusiastic the staff were. I'll stay here again when I'm back in Da Nang.
10/10
A clean guesthouse in a central spot, and the price is reasonable.
