The beach is right out front, with a garden yard, so the location is hard to beat. The team were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was awesome. We wanted more bikes to rent since cycling by the beach is our favorite thing, but they were all rented out. Thanks!

They even walked me to a local mechanic and stayed to make sure I got a fair price. The staff taught me their style of coffee and included me in employee meals, which really gave the place a family feel. Ask about Nam's singing, he’s phenomenal. It’s very relaxed and competitively priced, close to the beach, and away from the super busy downtown area. The main north to south road is right outside, so getting to Marble Mountains or Monkey Mountain is quick and easy. This is a great base if you want cool locals and a family atmosphere on the cheap. If you need someone to handle everything for you, it may not be the place for you.

The price was acceptable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a big white dog who likes the air conditioning. The room was beautiful, and the beach is just a 30-second walk away. It didn’t take long to get there on the way from Son Tra to Hoi An.

The hotel staff were nice and professional, and I liked the grassy patches and the delicate common area. Its minimalist style is convenient, especially with the beach just 50 meters away. Some things could be improved: the bunk bed needs to be anchored more firmly because it shakes when someone climbs up, and the living room could use light carpeting. The toilet needs more water access, and the place could use its own green space or theme. The shared area feels a bit rudimentary and lacks a clear style. More games would be good, like table tennis, and the snooker setup could feel fresher. A big shade tree would also help the green area.
