The staff are the best part of this hotel. Reception was always friendly and helpful, and Anna, the Reception Supervisor, went above and beyond with our room, shopping, food, tattoos, and booking cars. She was kind while staying professional. When my special towel, which looks like the hotel’s, accidentally went into the hotel laundry, I showed Anna a picture. She found it, and it was back the next day. My husband had already told me to say goodbye to it, so that was amazing. The location is wonderful, one block from the beach, and a new big pickleball court is opening five minutes away on foot. The rooms are clean, though on the small side, and the flooring is wearing out. The beds are firm but comfortable, and the AC works great. Everything else was great.

Anna and Min were patient and gave us lots of helpful information about DaNang and Hué. If you need help, they’re the best. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were polite and very helpful. The place is clean, cozy, and pretty quiet. The beach is a 5-minute walk, around 200-300 m, and good restaurants are 5-10 minutes away. Pallazo Boutique 2 is a great place if you’re not picky and enjoy traveling. Thanks, Anna and Min, for helping us on our journey in DaNang.

The area is touristy, but still nice, and you can walk to restaurants, small supermarkets, and the beach, which is about 150 meters away. For the price, this was a great hotel and one of the cheapest I found in Da Nang, though it wouldn’t be the best hotel you could stay at. The rooms were clean, modern, and well maintained, and the bathroom was good overall. I didn’t understand the window and small gap in the shower area, since longer showers left the bathroom flooded. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always helpful, even though their English wasn’t that good. Breakfast was okay, but I’d have preferred more breakfast foods like cold cuts, cheese, or different breads instead of a buffet where half the dishes were hot, dinner-like food that almost nobody I saw ate. The pool area didn’t look nice, though that may have been because of the weather in the weeks before we arrived. Laundry costs extra, which I think should be included.

The hotel has a relaxing but lively feel, with fantastic service and a prime location for getting to the main attractions. It’s easy to reach what you need by walking, a short drive, or public transport, so it works well as a base for exploring. Highly recommend it for a top-notch stay!

We stayed for a month and never got tired of the excellent breakfast selection. The hotel is also close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, and we’d happily stay here again. The staff were incredibly friendly and ready to help, so we felt welcome. Our room was spotless, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.
