The rooftop pool was a highlight, with lovely views and a great atmosphere, and the hotel is conveniently close to the beach. Sunny at reception gave us a warm welcome and made check-in smooth. Her professionalism and friendly, genuine hospitality set a great tone for my stay. The whole team paid close attention to guest satisfaction, and the service exceeded what I expected. I had a wonderful experience at Peninsula Hotel Danang and hope to return.

Our honeymoon room was beautifully decorated for our wedding day in Vietnam, a gesture that meant so much to us. Walking into it made the celebration feel even more special, and it’s a memory we’ll always cherish. Francis’s kindness and leadership shaped the whole stay. He was attentive and welcoming from beginning to end. Thank you as well to Ho Ngoc Toan, Hằng, Vân, Sunny, Hana, Vy, Ngọc, Linh, Tân, Trinh, Thuận, Khánh, Anh, Khoa, and every member of the hotel staff. Everyone made us feel cared for from the moment we arrived. The team was attentive, kind, and thoughtful about what we might need, and the details throughout the hotel felt intentional. It felt like an experience made with heart, not just a place to sleep. We’re so grateful to the staff for making our time unforgettable, and can’t wait to return next year.

We loved the breakfast, and everyone was so friendly, especially Room Division Manager Toan. My wife and I stayed at Peninsula Hotel Da Nang in July 2025 and were delighted with the location too. We’ve decided to come back every year, and are already looking forward to our next visit on July 2, 2026. Highly recommend!

The presidential suite was incredible, with gorgeous decor, loads of space, and amazing views. I’ve never had a nicer or more comfortable hotel stay. The staff were unbelievably kind and kept checking that my fiancè and I had everything we needed. Toan and Hang in management listened to every little request with a smile and were genuinely helpful. Kieu Ha, Man, Huy, Tuan, Thuy, Thua, Nga, and An were all so sweet. Love this place!

The floating breakfast on our last morning made for such a special experience. Ms. Sunny was in charge and took wonderful care of us, and Mr. Trong, Linh, and Thanh (the cameraman) were also great. They took lots of beautiful photos for us, which made the morning even more memorable. The hotel has stunning ocean views and a really relaxing feel, and all the staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you for the lovely hospitality!
