Phuoc My An Beach Hotel Danang

The breakfast was a huge letdown. There was only one option, and they brought the food in from the street, which doesn't feel right for a 4 star Hotel. My room on the 8th floor was cozy, fully carpeted, and had a good view, with waves visible even though it's a bit far from the sea. The furniture was new, the washroom was good, and the pool was great.

The room was roomy and cozy, and the staff were welcoming and quick to respond. The building itself is a bit old, but the bigger problem was the breakfast service. There was very little food, it wasn't tasty, and if you arrived even slightly late, there was nothing left. The cake slices weren't fresh, and there was almost nothing available. The kitchen staff were clumsy and sloppily dressed, and their behavior didn't fit a 4-star hotel. They even started eating the leftovers in front of guests. The breakfast service was absolutely terrible.

The pool area could be nice, but it really needs proper upkeep. It looked nothing like the photos, with no umbrellas or sun beds, just a broken wooden chair and a badly rusted metal one. The staff were helpful, and the Ocean view suite was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate if you go in with low expectations.

There were ants in the room, and the reception and lobby had no AC. The glass on the table was broken from the start of our stay, but staff said we had broken it. It seems like a scam, since many of their rooms have something or other broken. Take a full video of the room first to protect yourself. Worst hotel.
