I loved the bathtub in my room, and the views were nice at both sunset and sunrise. The staff were nice, breakfast was good, and the bed and shower were perfect. It's in a quiet area, but still an easy walk to the old town street.

The hotel is a bit old, but the staff were so good that I ended up loving the place. They replied to my emails quickly and kept me updated on the weather and situation in Hoi An because I was worried about the typhoon and flooding during my booking dates. When my flight was cancelled and rescheduled, they were easy to talk to and gladly adjusted my booking. The receptionist was really friendly too and gave us helpful tips. Their hospitality really stood out! 💕

Such a handy base for exploring Hoi An, right on the river and just steps from the start of the old quarter. There are fantastic restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the staff welcomed us warmly and recommended their favourite local places to eat. Breakfast has loads of choice, and there's a cool plunge-style pool too.

The staff are very friendly, and the hotel is well located. But the bathroom has mold and smells of damp and old pipes, so the place could use more maintenance. The view might be beautiful, but there's a lot of trash in the courtyard in front of the building.

We had a great time here. The room was superb and very quiet at night, with a lovely river view from the balcony. There's lots within walking distance, including cafes, restaurants, shops and ATMs, with places to go during the day or at night. Breakfast has a few choices, which suits small eaters like us. The staff are kind and the price is good. Highly recommend!
